Why Ayurveda
Ayurveda looks beyond symptoms to the root of an imbalance. It offers personal guidance through nutrition, daily habits, natural herbs and therapies.
In Sanskrit, “Ayur-veda” means “knowledge of life”: an ancient holistic system that keeps body, mind and spirit in balance. Unlike modern medicine, it looks beyond symptoms to the root of a problem and addresses it through nutrition, daily habits, natural herbs and therapies.
Life today moves fast, often under constant pressure and stress. Migraines, digestive and skin problems, sleeplessness, allergies and anxiety can start to seem normal and inevitable. But they do not have to be: restoring inner balance gives the body a chance to recover. This is where Ayurveda can help.
During your consultation, the specialist prepares a plan covering diet, daily habits, herbs and suitable therapies.
A practice rooted in ancient traditions, yoga and meditation, focused on balance between body, mind and spirit.
Sri Sri Ayurveda has helped millions of people in over 50 countries discover the benefits of Ayurveda, and more than 30,000 people in Bulgaria regain their health.
